1 Cup cooked brown rice
˝ Cup Milk Honey to tasteCinnamon to taste Raisins or any other fruit (optional)Mix all ingredients and heat on stove top till hot or heat in microwave till hot. Makes 2-3/4 cup servings. Serve with toast. Other Rice RecipesI like to cook up extra rice and freeze it for later. And use the frozen rice in the following ways. Add a couple of tablespoons of cooked rice to a green salad. Add a couple of tablespoons of rice to bean burrito. Scramble a couple of eggs and add two tablespoons of rice to the eggs then add sauté onions then add soy sauce to taste. Add a couple tablespoons of rice to your favorite soup. You can add a couple of tablespoons of any cooked grain to almost any thing without changing the texture or flavor, but with much benefit to your diet.
