Her Mone

Her Mone is a female hormone. If there are female disorders or problems the first formula you should try is Tonic F. Her Mone is a good formula but it was more specifically designed for problems like infertility. To date, in the clinic we have some 40 babies from 'infertile' couples. It is really a joy to be able to help people achieve pregnancy to bring into their families the children they want to have. Being the father of 11 children it was a real eye opener to me to see that some couples didn't get pregnant right off, I thought you got married and boom you had babies…but that's not the case. I'd like to take the opportunity to educate people on the signs of fertility. It is a very blunt and to-the-point discussion but I think it is very important. I just had a young lady call me and want to achieve a pregnancy and I was asking her what she was doing  and she said "well, we want to have a baby so we're having sex once a day… I've even thought about waking him up before he goes to work so we can have sex twice a day because we want to have a baby." And I started giggling and she kind of got a little defensive so I told her "This is a real common misconception, (no pun intended) people thinking they want to have a baby so we'll just have intercourse all the time"… that's  not the case. What happens is the male becomes depleted of sperm, to the point to where if and when the female ovulates there's just not enough to get the job done. Sometimes people say "Well, I'm ovulating I know that because I've been taking my temperature." The easiest way to solve this problem is to throw the darn thermometer away because if there's not a sufficient amount of vaginal discharge or vaginal mucous to take the semen to the egg, it doesn't matter if the female's ovulating or not. 90% of the time a problem with conceiving is not the male, it is generally the female. I like that because I'm male and can blame it on the females (ha-ha). The facts are that there are several discharges vaginally that we need to discuss so that you understand the signs of fertility. Conversely if you want to control the size of your family then you need to pay attention also because I'm going to tell you how to conceive and if you pay attention you'll understand and  know how not to conceive. There are several steps you need to engage in… first, you need to buy white toilet paper. Now that sounds kind of silly but you need white toilet paper. Every time you urinate or defecate, before & after you do this, you need to wipe across the vulva (that's the face of the vaginal region) and then you need to look, you need to look and see if there's anything on the toilet paper. If there is (and there could be several different colors) it could be yellow or it can be shiny and clear. The second step is I want you to stick your finger in it. Now if it's sticky, tacky, rubbery… it's not a sign of fertility. If it is clear and slick -the sensation of slick wiping across the vulva- and lubricative and you stick your finger in it and put your two fingers together and stretch it, if it'll stretch over an inch or two, and you can do that several times and it keeps stretching… it is called peak mucous. Now, a lot of times women will be ovulating but they will not have this mucous which is literally the river in which the sperm swims to the egg. A woman can be fertile, can be ovulating but if there's not enough of this mucous there's not that channel for the semen to swim up. It doesn't really matter what your temperature is if there's 'peak mucous' (clear, slick, lubricative, and stretchy). Many people have a hard time determining the difference between semen and peak mucous. Semen, if you rub your fingers together will foam up and won't stretch. So when you see peak mucous you find your companion and say 'now is the time'. And don't wait. We have found that some women are only fertile for an hour or two every month. So if you chart this you can anticipate when you become fertile. Now let's just say that you become fertile on the 21st day after menstruation (#1 day is when menses starts) and that you can track it. That means that both you & your partner need to abstain from any sexual activity (there can not be any expression of fluids on the males part) for two weeks before that period of time. Then, since you've been tracking the signs of fertility, as soon as you see it (and your partner's dam is pretty well full) basically you are giving yourself the best chance at achieving pregnancy. You would have perhaps taken Tonic F to take care of cramps, menstrual disorders and things like that and after having taken care of things like that (apx.3 months) start taking Her Mone. Her Mone will help nudge the amount of mucous and quality of ovulation. Her Mone is a formula that we use for infertility and is also used in pre-menopausal symptoms such as scratchiness, breast tenderness, ect.  Traditional use of the contents: False Unicorn is used in infertility, female problems, miscarriage & cramps. Squaw Vine is used for childbirth, helpful in menstruation & nerve disorders. Black Cohosh  is  helpful  with  female  hormones,   menopause,  hot flashes & menstrual disorders, decreases bleeding after child birth. Golden Seal tones the female organs. Wild Yam female  hormones, menstruation & nerve disorders, encourages ovulation.
