Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), New Mexico is a multi-disciplinary transportation planning, engineering, and construction management firm comprised of local professionals and technical experts who are leaders in their respective areas of expertise, complemented by regional and national experts who can provide national perspectives and insight when needed.   PB opened its New Mexico operations in 1994.  The firm's main base of operation is located in Albuquerque, with a branch office in Santa Fe.  PB New Mexico has completed hundreds of small, medium, and large projects throughout New Mexico.  The firm's primary goal is to provide high quality, innovative, and constructible solutions to help clients meet the needs of their clients who live, work, and travel in and through New Mexico.  PB New Mexico provides planning, engineering, and construction management services for all modes of surface transportation.  Other New Mexico based services include drainage, right-of-way mapping, and title research; structural, traffic, drainage, and geometric design; public involvement; environmental studies which can include services required for federal funding and for compliance with state and federal laws; and construction support services, including development of contract documents, document control, testing, inspection, and construction management.
