Byrd’s I Engineering, LLC provides civil engineering expertise for projects small enough to be of no interest to larger firms.  Typical clients are individuals needing structural design and plans for small, non-residential structures, i.e. weld-up buildings for shops, barns, etc. and/or foundation design for pre-engineered structures.  We also prepare drainage reports, sewer/water layout for small developments, and storm water pollution prevention plans.
